El recurso deberá asegurar la correcta planificación, coordinación y control del flujo de mercancías y materiales en el área de logística, junto con la optimización de los resultados a través de la gestión de las actividades/procesos y el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega. El Material Planning Manager dependerá directamente de el/la Director/a General de la sucursal y será responsable de:- Gestionar los equipos de Compras y Administración, planificando sus actividades.- Planificar, coordinar y controlar los flujos de entrada y/o salida de mercancías.- Controlar los niveles de stock y gestionar el aprovisionamiento y la comunicación con la cadena de suministro en función de la demanda comercial.- Gestión de proveedores/as.- Gestión de las entregas verificando que se realizan a tiempo y de forma adecuada para satisfacer los requisitos de los clientes y garantizar/mantener las existencias necesarias.- Participación en proyectos de optimización de procesos e implantación de nuevos sistemas de gestión, así como gestión de temas logísticos en colaboración con otros departamentos/funciones.- Apoyo en la mejora continua de los procesos y la satisfacción del cliente.- Gestionar la correspondencia con clientes y agentes y apoyar al equipo de Administración en la gestión de los pedidos de los clientes.- Comprobación y paso de pedidos desde el portal B2B.- Emisión de órdenes de expedición al almacén. Requisitos:- Experiencia de al menos 5 años en planificación/compras de materiales industriales. - Experiencia en gestión de personas.- Conocimiento del proceso de gestión de pedidos.- Conocimientos de Dynamics 365 (plus).- Enfoque independiente, estructurado y orientado a objetivos.- Trabajo en equipo y habilidades de comunicación. - Orientación a la innovación.- Excelente conocimiento del paquete MS-Office.- Experiencia en programación con MRP.- Español nativo. Nivel fluido de inglés o italiano (imprescindible). Se ofrece:Contracto indefinido directamente con la empresa.Proyecto a largo plazo y oportunidad de formar parte de una compañía líder en su sector a nivel mundial.Paquete retributivo compuesto por un sueldo fijo aproximado de 50.000 euros brutos anuales + Bonus. Jornada completa. Horario de 08:30-18:00 y V intensivo.
