About the Role

Acciona Agua, S.A. is seeking a skilled Planning Manager to join our team in a French-speaking country. As a key member of our water line business, you will be responsible for creating and implementing project plans, ensuring timely delivery of contractual documentation, and managing resources to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Implement Detailed Baseline Planning, integrating engineering, purchasing, construction, and start-up activities.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, delivering progress curves, planning reports, and other contractual documentation on time and in the required format.
  • Calculate and update project progress curves, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Regularly update project planning, analyzing critical path and resource allocation.
  • Monitor supply manufacturing programs and subcontractor performance, alerting relevant teams to potential time impacts.
  • Provide project status reports to the Project Director, Project Control Department, and Production Department.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director and Site Manager to develop and update personnel schedules.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold an Engineer's degree in Organization/Industrial or Civil, with 8-12 years of experience in planning and project management. A PMI certification and proficiency in English (C1) and French (B2) are also required.
