MISIÓN La misión de la posición será ser el punto de enlace del Área de Personas de las distintas áreas de actividad de los Servicios Centrales de la compañía, participando en la gestión del talento y asesorando en la gestión de personas e implementación de políticas.

FUNCIONES Actuar como el punto de referencia del Área de Personas para los distintos departamentos de la compañía, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva a todos los niveles, tanto directivos como no directivos.Generar un conocimiento profundo de los profesionales del área para optimizar su rendimiento y promover su desarrollo, garantizando la mejor alineación entre perfiles y posiciones.Participar en la gestión e identificación del talento del área, realizando entrevistas competenciales y de desarrollo.Impulsar actividades en el Área de Personas, tales como la gestión de retos, la evaluación de competencias o el sistema de gestión retributiva.Proponer iniciativas dirigidas al cliente interno, colaborando con las diversas áreas de Recursos Humanos para el asesoramiento y la propuesta de soluciones relacionadas con la gestión de personas en su ámbito de actuación.Comunicar las diferentes iniciativas, soluciones, políticas y prácticas del Área de Personas a sus áreas internas de influencia. REQUISITOS Formación universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, o similar. Muy valorable disponer formación superior específica en Recursos Humanos.Experiencia como Business Partner del Área de Personas y conocimientos generales en materia de selección, formación y/o compensación y beneficios sociales.Conocimiento de herramientas ofimáticas.Nivel de inglés profesional.
