The core of the company is our mission to help people get a great job abroad and to feel safe in their transition to a life in a new country.The RoleYour role as Licensing Associate (LA) will be to work with the Renewal Specialist (RS) and the Senior Account Manager (PCM) to secure that the customers renewal agreement are on time, helping to identify licensing, up sell, and cross sell opportunities, aligned to the customers' need.Your daily work will include tasks like these:Work with the RS to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolioAssist to develop a renewal plan, aligned to the company's cloud or licensing program strategy, and provide the best licensing solution for the customer as indicated by the companyAct as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist (RS) to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customerCreate and provide quality checks for any required licensing documentation such as agreement packagesWorking with the company approved tools, they will help secure all necessary deal approvals.Ideal ProfileYou speak and write French, German and/or Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).A minimum of 2-3 years licensing experience working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts. Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps.
