Marketing and Communication Officer - MATERNITY LEAVE Fast Apply Marketing and Communication Officer - MATERNITY LEAVE Agora Sant Cugat International School is a prestigious private international school, founded in 1989, with three campuses located in Sant Cugat and which occupies sixth place in the top ten ranking of the best schools in Spain.
The school has obtained IB Continuum accreditation for the International Baccalaureate programme with the three curricular programmes in all its educational stages and since 2016 has also been offering Vocational Training degrees. Characterised by its educational innovation and personalised attention to each student, it offers a truly multilingual education where teaching is mixed, plural and open, encouraging respect for different beliefs in order to educate in dialogue and tolerance. The school provides students with the tools to build their own learning and focuses not only on academic performance, but also on personal development.
We are currently looking to appoint a new Marketing and Communication Officer, to carry out the following tasks:
Communication and Marketing Activities: • Raise awareness of all relevant day-to-day actions of the school and leverage them on social media and any other online and offline media, before, during, and after the event.
• Ensure the flow of information and marketing materials (content creation with: photography, video, and text) to properly communicate the strengths of the school and the excellence in each educational stage. Help ensure that internal communications are coherent and explain the value proposition to the teaching staff and families of the school.
• Be proactive with the staff, to foster understanding , maintain, and manage all necessary promotional materials for the school (brochures, catalogs, website, etc.).
• Serve as the communication link with the Corporate Admissions and Marketing Department for the development of all relevant actions and projects, both internal to the school and at the brand level.
Event Organization: • Parent meetings
• Educational Innovation Days
• Support the organization of other promotional events for the school, such as visits to nurseries, graduations, etc.
Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and Catalan (written and spoken)
• Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Email Marketing, SEM, and SEO)
• At least 2 years of experience in communication and social media management, including community management (preferably in the educational or commercial sector)
• Knowledge and experience in using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
• Knowledge and experience in graphic design tools (Canva, etc.) and audiovisual tools
• Goal and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Autonomy in making proposals and ability to work in a team
• Minimum English level B2 (written and spoken)
