.About our CompanyRecover is a material sciences company that transforms textile waste into low-impact, high-quality sustainable recycled fiber that can be used again to create new garments, closing the loop on fashionOur MissionOur purpose is to help create a sustainable future by solving one of the world's biggest environmental issues, enabling large-scale sustainable change in fashion through business value & inspirationYour role purposeWe are looking for a Senior financial Planning & Analysis Executive, to lead the global FP&A function at Recover, covering the business activities held in the US, Europe and AsiaYour responsabilitiesHandle the overall management and supervision of the FP&A departmentDevelop financial models to support growth, either through expansions of the current model in new geographies, or through new business modelsSupport financial planing and budgeting processEnsure the accuracy of the company's financial recordsPlan, organize and coordinate the reporting process, making sure it's agile, timely and reliableOptimize the reporting process automation via ERP, with data-science orientationManage the financial planning and budgeting (short and long-term) processSupport product pricing analysis, ensuring the proper allocation of costs and margin projections, providing a solid base for growthPromote value-based management (ROIC, value drivers, capital structure). Provide profitability/ sensitivity analysis for decision makingSeek cash excellence: working capital optimization, capex, opex, balance sheetSafeguard the adequacy of the financial model, with regards to robustness, practicality, easy of use and sizeDevelop and maintain financial policies and procedures, including Capex, Leverage and Liquidity, FX Exposure, Interest Rate Exposure, Transfer Pricing, Budgeting and Long-Term PlanningSponsor the automation of Recover's core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), supporting a plug-and-play business model and providing foundations for growthCompetencies RequiredStrong communication, organizational, technology and management skillsHands-on experience in Forecasting and Financial modellingStrong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, US GAAPSelf-starter able to work autonomously in a distributed, international environmentGood knowledge and background on Quality Management System (e.G.: ISO 9001) applied to job position's task and responsibilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration/economy/engineering/accountingMaster's degree in business administration (MBA) is a plusAt least 10+ years of experience, including previous management responsibility (public companies experience is a plus), with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar roleExceptional financial modelling skills to analize complex financial dataProficiency in English language (written and spoken)
