FUNCTIONS Como parte del momento de crecimiento y expansión de la compañía, buscamos un Director/a Global de Decoración e Interiorismo que liderará y dará forma a los proyectos del grupo a nivel global, participando en todas las fases de su desarrollo, desde la definición de los mismos hasta su finalización.Entre tus principales responsabilidades, destacamos las siguientes:● Liderar un equipo de arquitectos y profesionales a nivel global asignados a cada uno de los proyectos en curso.● Coordinación con proveedores y empresas terceras.● Redactar la guía de estilo y diseño asociado a cada una de las categorías de marca.● Definir los aspectos de cada tipología de diseño diferencial asociados con cada uno de los productos.● Visita, análisis y revisión de ofertas de cara a definir el programa de necesidades de proyecto● Participar en los programas de necesidades de los futuros proyectos.● Participar en la búsqueda de proveedores y partners para futura colaboración en proyectos.● Colaborar en los seguimientos de todas las fases de anteproyecto y proyecto básico.● Participar en el estudio de las propuestas de cambios y búsquedas de alternativas.● Colaborar en la validación de los proyectos piloto.● Participar durante la fase de obra en la validación de cambios junto al equipo técnico.● Adaptar los proyectos existentes ya en funcionamiento a los estándares de imagen y diseño de la marca.Para ello, buscamos profesionales que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:● Formación en Arquitectura Técnica o Superior.● Formación complementaria en Interiorismo.● 10 años de experiencia trabajando en estudios de arquitectura/ hospitality / retail.● Valorable experiencia en estudios de Interiorismo a nivel nacional e internacional.● Conocimiento en evaluación de costes y dotación económica en diseño.● Manejo de Autocad, Presto y Microsoft Office.● Nivel alto de inglés.● Pasión por el diseño, el interiorismo.● Orientación al detalle.Nuestro cliente es un importante Grupo internacional.
