El reto encima de la mesa para Qida es de gran envergadura y se resume en: El reto encima de la mesa para QIDA es de gran envergadura y se resume en: Escalabilidad: multiplicar por 2.5x anuales (los próximos 3 años) el volumen de nuestras operacionesCalidad: consolidar a QIDA como el líder español en calidad en Atención DomiciliariaEspecíficamente, en el rol de Product Manager/ Product Owner, tu misión será triple, abarcando el end-to-end del desarrollo del producto tecnológico: Product discovery:Liderar el entendimiento de las necesidades del cliente y definir la visión de producto y la estrategia en base a elloElaborar el roadmap de producto, definiendo los epics y priorizándolos acorde a las necesidades, y alinearlo con los stakeholders internos y externosLiderar la definición de los requerimientos en colaboración con un UX. El proyecto: Participarás al 100% en la creación de un proyecto donde se desarrollará un modelo de atención integrado de base tecnológica (con sensórica, robótica, AI) paraincrementar el nº de días que un usuario/a crónico pasa en el domiciliovs. la atención convencional; y así transformar el sistema. - lo que nos permite acelerar nuestra Misión "Triple M", ayudando a las personas en situación de dependencia y/o cronicidad a vivir «Más tiempo, en Mejor estado de salud y Más calidad de vida en casa». El Proyecto marca un antes y un después. Se centra endesarrollar un producto tecnológico que conecta hospitales, centro de salud, domicilio, con sensores, robots, AI, para mantener a los crónicos en casa. Es el primer proyecto que une modelo y tecnología, talento y sistema con este nivel de ambición y profundidad para mejorar el bienestar de las personas y algunos ejemplos de las iniciativas son los siguientes: Creación de algoritmos de predicción de riesgo de re-ingresos por clusteringDiseño y deployment de 12 robotsSistema de telemonitorización con sensórica para "early warning systems" de deterioro físico o cognitivoSistema de creación de comunidad física y digital de cuidadores para poder quedar y apoyarse en base a intereses, descansos previstos y geolocalizaciónSistema de co-creación e intervención entre primaria de salud y socialY un largo etc de impacto brutal
