As the Director, you willbe responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, manage profitability, and enhance client satisfaction. You will manage a deliveryteam (consultants & technical automation engineers), providing guidance andsupport to ensure the highest quality service delivery. Y ou will beresponsible for leading the development and execution of our service offering. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business andexpanding our footprint in the Spanish market.
Within this role yourresponsibilities and tasks will include: - You will manage selected local strategicpartnerships and support the Chief Business Officer in driving businessdevelopment efforts both locally and regionally.
- Develop andexecute strategies to drive growth and profitability for the automation journey
- Manage ateam of consultants & automation engineers, providing guidance and supportto ensure the highest quality service delivery
- Foster aculture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client satisfaction
- Collaboratewith other leaders in the company to ensure a cohesive approach to businessdevelopment and client management
- Participatein business development efforts, including proposal development, clientpresentations, and negotiations
- Manage andgrow the company's customer network. You should have a deep understanding ofthe needs and challenges of customers in the industry, and be able to build andmaintain strong relationships with them
- You will drive the identification ofmarket trends and emerging client demands for specific services in theautomation space, the development of a corresponding offering and ensure thatboth sales and delivery organizations are enabled to bring those services tomarket
- Lead salesand proposal efforts to secure new business
- Manage thesales pipeline to optimize sales growth and manage negotiations to secure newbusiness
- Analyzemarket trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
