**_¿Quieres unirte a nuestro equipo como Sales Support?_**
Un coordinador de ventas es responsable del apoyo administrativo y del soporte en general del equipo de ventas.
Sus funciones incluyen la gestión de los registros de ventas en el CRM Dynamics, la coordinación de eventos de sector y el apoyo a los comerciales para tener las presentaciones al día y las prioridades controladas.
Un coordinador de ventas contribuye al éxito de un equipo de ventas.
Objetivos
- Supervisar con el director de clientes el seguimiento de la actividad comercial y la consecución de los objetivos.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos de la empresa como Service Delivery, Service Design y Comunicación la gestión de los diferentes proyectos y la resolución de posibles problemas.
- Proporcionar apoyo material a los comerciales.
(Presentaciones, Premios, Eventos, )
- Mantener y actualizar las bases de datos de la empresa.
- Gestionar las prioridades comerciales en cada momento.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el Director de Clientes y con el equipo comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
**¿Cuáles serán mis funciones y/o responsabilidades?
**
- Solicitud de información y requerimientos al equipo de ventas en base a las necesidades del Director de Clientes.
- Seguimiento semanal de la actividad comercial del equipo de ventas a través del CRM Dynamics.
- Elaboración de informes de gestión según necesidades (rentabilidad clientes, resumen ejecutivo, resultados )
- Actualización y Revisión de la cartera de clientes.
- Coordinación mensual acciones de retención para clientes en riesgo
- Seguimiento semanal acciones en Clientes potenciales
- Revisión mensual de resultados Vs objetivos.
- Actualización de la propuesta de valor en coordinación con otros departamentos y actualización resto de documentos externos para clientes.
- Organización de reuniones de equipo.
- Apoyo en la preparación de presentaciones y propuestas para los clientes.
- Gestión de los eventos corporativos (AEGVE, IBTA, Proveedores, ) para todo el equipo.
- Comunicación a los equipos de las últimas novedades de proveedores y prioridades de ventas.

- Experiência demostrable en ventas; se valorará tener experiência como coordinador de ventas o en otros puestos administrativos;
- Buenas capacidades informáticas (MS Office)
- Dominio del inglés
- Altamente motivado y con iniciativa propia
- Altamente organizado y orientado al detalle, con aptitud para solucionar problemas y capacidad de multitarea.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Alguien que sepa trabajar en equipo y sea capaz de ofrecer un elevado nível de dedicación
- Capacidad y experiência demostrada para ayudar a la alta dirección y a los gestores de ventas con cualquier trabajo adicional según sea necesario.
