Ontruck est une startup innovante dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique, dédiée à l'optimisation des flux de chargement dans le secteur B2B grâce à une technologie avancée et une approche durable. Notre objectif est de simplifier et de digitaliser le transport de marchandises pour réduire les coûts et améliorer l'efficacité sur l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.Description du poste : Account ExecutiveEn tant qu'Account Executive chez Ontruck, vous serez un élément clé de notre équipe commerciale et de support client. Votre responsabilité principale consistera à générer de nouvelles affaires et à gérer et étendre notre portefeuille clients dans les secteurs logistique, retail et production, en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins et en renforçant les relations commerciales.ResponsabilitésIdentifier des opportunités d'affaires et des clients potentielsQualification et exploration de nouveaux marchésÉlaboration et présentation de propositions + conclusion des affairesDéveloppement de nouveaux clientsGérer un portefeuille clients, principalement des entreprises ayant besoin de services de transport et de logistiqueCollaborer avec d'autres équipes internes (opérations, produit, marketing) pour assurer une exécution efficace et résoudre les problèmesRéaliser des présentations et négociations commerciales B2B, en assurant l'atteinte des objectifs de vente fixésExigencesExpérience préalable en vente ou gestion de comptes, idéalement dans le secteur de la logistique, du transport ou dans une entreprise technologiqueExcellentes compétences en communication et en négociationCapacité à travailler dans un environnement de startup dynamique et à s'adapter rapidement aux changementsNiveau intermédiaire en anglais, espagnol avancé et français courant (d'autres langues sont un atout)Orientation résultats, autonomie et grande motivation pour atteindre les objectifsCe que nous offronsUn environnement de travail flexible et collaboratif avec des perspectives de développementOpportunités de croissance professionnelle dans une startup en forte croissanceSalaire compétitif avec un système de commissions basé sur la performancePossibilité de télétravail et autres avantages visant à améliorer la qualité de vie et l'équilibre personnel et professionnelAllocation mensuelle pour aider à couvrir les frais de travail à distanceBudget mensuel avec des économies fiscales pour des chèques-repas, assurance santé, formation, garde d'enfants, transportCongés payés de 23 jours + jours fériés de París+ jours supplémentaires en fonction de l'ancienneté (1 jour supplémentaire par an, jusqu'à un maximum de 5 jours) et un contrat CDI dès le premier jour#J-18808-Ljbffr
