Join us.About the teamThe Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.The Logistics Solution Manager will focus on overseeing the ecommerce logistics network setup and operation in target country, including courier delivery, fulfilment warehouse, reverse logistics, buyer seller service and policy.Your role:Be responsible for target country logistics planning and solution design, launch the system and business infrastructure and solution to enable the e-commerce business.Define both short-term and long-term strategy and optimal process to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumer, creators.Solution includes but not limited to local warehousing, network design, carrier management, transport, fulfilment service and policy design, logistics procurement etc.Coordinate with internal and external team, resource and channels, ensure the design solution is launched with high quality to grow our ecosystems in target country.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsE-commerce Logistics and supply chain working experience and backgroundHave experience launch business, building from 0 to 1Have Seller facing or seller business ownership experience, understand well how to use logistics to grow seller business.Data driven mindset, strong on data analysisHave deep understanding of Europe market and ecommerce usersPreferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree, with significant experience in program or product management roles.Have the systematic understanding on system and technology.Proficient in German or Spanish languages is a plus but not required in order to better support Europe customers and service partners.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives
