With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Collect, organize, and summarize data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and internal reports.Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information.Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients.Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives.Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings.Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.Support the sales team with the development of sales materials and presentations.Candidate QualificationsWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?All Positive, And Driven Applicants Are Encouraged To Apply.
