Ser talentoso, ser tu mejor versión e inspirar con el ejemplo.¿Te sientes representado/a?Sigue leyendo para formar parte de este movimiento¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?Gestionar al personal durante el servicio, formar y desarrollar tanto al equipo en plantilla como new hires.Liderar los servicios, tomar decisiones, conocer las funciones y responsabilidades de cada partida, recetas y producciones.Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y procesos implementados por la compañía, así como también el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.Control de stock y gestión de pedidos e incidencias.¿Qué te hará triunfar en VICIO?Tener vocación por la restauración, el cliente y la gestión, que te apasione lo que haces.Tener un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en una posición similar o desarrollando funciones de gestión similares.Tener experiencia como cocinero/a es deseable.Tener experiencia previa en gestión de equipos (liderazgo, formación, motivación) así como fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y guiar al equipo.Tener experiencia previa y conocimiento sólido de las operaciones de un restaurante, incluida la gestión del inventario, el control de costos, la elaboración de horarios, auditorías de calidad, etc.Tener dominio del paquete Office, especialmente de Excel.Comunicarte de manera efectiva tanto con tus compañerxs como con clientes, proveedores, HQ, etc.Organizarte, saber gestionar el estrés y tener capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, y aún así, ser detallista y preciso en tu trabajo.Persigues la calidad en tu trabajo, tanto en el producto, como en el servicio, la formación y las personas del equipo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
