Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales and Partnership Manager:Being responsible for strategic business growth by developing and executing strategies for generation high-value business opportunities through targeted prospecting.Overseeing the acquisition, monitoring and strategic deveopment of the client portfolio.Performing Sales leadership by leading the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations. Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are fluent in both Spanish, GermanandEnglishboth in written and verbal (fuency inFrench isa strong plus).You are located in Barcelona.You possesa minimum of 5 years of demonstrable success in (senior-level) Business Development, Sales, or related client-facing roles.You are energetic, innovative, and able to work independently at a fast pace.Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving substantial business growth.You have an entrepreneurial mindset andcan easily switch between hands-on and strategic tasks.You are a sports/fitness/health advocate and interested in spreading your passion What Awaits You:Competitive salary package + attractive bonus structureFull-time and long-term contractFlexible Career progression opportunities in the Spanish and European markets.
