En Ayvens acogemos los mejores talentos del sector, por eso, si buscas realizarte y lograr un impacto positivo en tu carrera, nos encantará tenerte con nosotros.La persona que se incorpore al equipo como Product Management Technician, se encargará de las siguientes funciones:Colaborar en el diseño e implantación de los planes de acción para el cumplimiento de los objetivos para cada uno de los productos (Flex, Redrive/Used Car Lease, EV, LCV, Profleet, Tarjeta de combustible…)Realizar el seguimiento de la actividad comercial para cada uno de los productosEstablecer, en coordinación con el equipo de de Marketing las acciones de captación y comunicación para cada uno de los productos.Promover los cambios y desarrollos en los productos que garanticen una mejora en la satisfacción de los clientes, eficiencia o rentabilidad.Coordinar a las distintas áreas para la efectiva gestión de los productos.Colaborar con los equipos de producto Centrales, tales como: Flexible, vehículos eléctricos (EV), vehículos comerciales (LCV) y Redrive/Used Car LeaseCoordinar la implantación de nuevos productos y servicios siguiendo las políticas locales y corporativasConocer y analizar los productos del mercadoRequisitos:Formación universitariaExperiencia en Consultoría, Análisis de negocio o Gestión de productoCapacidad de gestión y desarrollo de proyectosDeseable conocimiento del sector renting/automociónInglés alto (C1)Manejo Paquete OfficeDeseable manejo Power BI y gestión de bases de datosExperiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones de consultoría, comercial, desarrollo de producto o analista de negocioTrabajar en Ayvens significa hacerlo en un clima laboral abierto, flexible, transparente, donde el crecimiento de las personas está alineado con el crecimiento de la compañía y donde la diversidad es una fuente de mejora y creatividad.Si te gustan los retos y cumples con el perfil no dudes en inscribirte.Te estamos esperando
