Role: Collaborate with Product Owner to refine requirements.
Attend end user interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
Write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirement documents, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Document core product and customer solution-specific requirements.
Document BPMN flow diagrams for the applications and solutions.
Document test cases.
Support and document testing execution.
Habilidades: Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to create accurate and concise technical materials.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Previous exposure to agile environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience.
Transparent and proactive in communicating roadblocks or concerns related to daily tasks.
Promptly connect when blocked, unsure how to proceed, or in case of doubts to ensure continuous progress.
Herramientas: Jira for project management, user stories, and delivery tracking.
Testrail for testing.
PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
SharePoint for document management and sharing.
