**Job Title:** Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant
We are looking for a talented professional to join our team in Barcelona. As a Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the financial business processes of the Fagron Group.
Your Mission:You will be responsible for analyzing financial business needs and converting them into functional requirements. Your expertise will ensure that our global Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps platform is optimized to meet our GxP quality requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and define financial business requirements by considering technical feasibility, budget, timing, and existing architecture to meet our GxP quality requirements.
- Convert requirements into functional specifications, which serves as the basis for technical analysis and work program.
- Implement project scope and range from problem detection to overseeing and providing support for implementation.
- Train and coach internal users to efficiently use applications.
- Serve as an account manager for companies and promote Information Management strategy.
- Continuously promote agile development and drive continuous improvement of quality regarding IT application landscape.
- At least 2 years of experience with D365 F&O Financial processes in a comparable position.
- Nice to have: At least 2 years of experience with D365 WMS, Purchase, Sales & Manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of financial business processes and flows in an international setting.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Flows).
- Knowledge of Prince2, Lean, Scrum and/or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-border projects.
- Ability to bring innovative solutions and work independently in a result-driven culture.
- Change ambassador with keen interest in Business processes.
- Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written.
- Another EU language is a plus.
