IT Project Manager & Solutions Architect Dynamics 365 F&O – International Implementation (Dynamics 365 F&O) – MadridDo you have experience leading international implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the financial sector?
This is your next challengeLocation : Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) with a hybrid model (3 days in the office).
It could also be considered 100% remote within Spain , although availability for travel several times a year would be required.Contract Type : Direct contract with the end clientIndustry : FinancialCompetitive salary + benefits packageWhat You'll DoYou will lead the global strategy and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O , ensuring its successful implementation and optimization across multiple countries.Define and execute the product roadmap , aligning with the company's digital transformation goalsManage key international stakeholders , acting as the bridge between Finance, IT, and external vendorsLead global rollouts , ensuring proper ERP localization for different marketsOptimize financial processes and drive automation through ERP functionalitiesEnsure compliance and data security across multiple jurisdictionsDrive ERP adoption , providing training and best practices to international teamsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience in IT project / product management5+ years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&OProven experience in international implementations of financial products in Microsoft DynamicsStrong knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, and cloud-based deploymentsExperience in Agile / Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication, change management, and leadership skillsFluent English (mandatory) , Spanish or German (a plus)What We OfferCompetitive salary aligned with experience and market standardsComprehensive benefits package : health insurance, pension plan, continuous trainingFlexibility : hybrid model or 100% remote optionInternational environment & career growth opportunitiesCertifications in Dynamics 365, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
