With our unique energy management, real-time automation, software, and service technologies, we offer integrated solutions for residential housing, commercial buildings, data centers, infrastructure, and industries.This shared vision, this permanent desire to innovate in the service of our mission, are at the heart of our values and bring our community together around the world.www.Se.ComPurpose of the positionAs E-commerce Manager for Universal Enclosure, you are the leader and responsible for the profitable and sustainable growth of the eCommerce channel for the product line, within its different business models as stated by SE guidelines.You will manage the strategic direction of the e-Business and will be the main SPOC for its deployment within the different targeted accounts in at global level and mostly via the country's commercial set-up. You will work together with both Global and Local stakeholders including UE Marketing Managers, e-KAMs, channel managers, among others.You will be responsible for supporting the commercial development of Universal enclosure offers and services across various eCommerce platforms, driving sales through marketplaces and merchant websites according to the validated management strategy. Additionally, you will oversee the monitoring of ecommerce turnover and performance across different platforms and countries, conducting recurrent QBRs and reporting to top-line management. Furthermore, you will take charge of managing the digital readiness of scoped offers, leading content ideation, planning with Data Management teams, MarCom, and supporting its syndication to partner platforms and D2C webshop.The ideal candidate for the E-commerce Manager role at Universal Enclosure should have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to drive profitable e-commerce growth globally. They should possess excellent analytical skills, expertise in driving sales through various platforms, and should demonstrate leadership in managing product content enrichment and fostering digital enablers. Having SEO/SEM skills is a plus, as well as experience with digital marketing analytic tools and stack.
