As a high growth, high-energy business, we are committed to providing our employees with exceptional training and development opportunities to help them grow as financial services professionals.Job Overview:The purpose of the role is to increase our income through developing new and existing relationships with partners (Estate Agents, IFA's, Property Portals)Key Performance Area'sNew Partner AcquisitionProspecting and pipeline managementPitching and proposalsAgreement and contracts managementPartnership DevelopmentLead generation from partnersPartner management through visits and communicationsPerformance managementThis business-to-business position hinges on forging new partnerships and introducers to generate leads by establishing and nurturing effective relationships. A pivotal aspect of this role is the development of both internal and external relationships, as it involves close collaboration with the internal sales and trading teams. As this is a sales role, proficiency in selling is crucial. Additionally, robust account management skills will contribute to success. Tactically, success will be partly measured by the maintenance and expansion of existing business partnerships. Nevertheless, the primary focus of the role is to leverage your sphere of influence, networks, and expertise to onboard new, valuable partnerships.Proven Track Report of consistently hitting KPI'sConsistently demonstrates the Smart Values (Customer Service, Owning your own development, Working as a team, Growth Mindset, Taking Responsibility and Owning the conversation)Experience in Affiliate Marketing Campaigns desirableThe ability to influence and drive performanceExperience of working in sales environment, as this is a New Business Sales Role#J-18808-Ljbffr
