As part of the Enterprise Systems team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the business processes and tools that support our internal stakeholders. Current tools include but are not limited to ServiceNow, Workday, and Coveo.
The work you'll do: You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand user pain points to identify opportunities on how internal processes and tools can be improved. You will implement enhancements to the existing processes by building solutions using ServiceNow.
Configuration and development of our toolsMaintaining system integrations to promote seamless processes, modeling and implementing business processes and data structuresWork with end-users to provide best practices and tips on tool usage including training, documentation, and support as necessaryThe qualifications you need: Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical education. Career changers are very welcome.Basic knowledge of corporate IT structures and technologies.Basic knowledge of agile project management methodologies (especially SCRUM).Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to also present and explain them to various stakeholdersCan listen very well, are communicative and feel comfortable as an interface between different departments and all levels of managementAn eagerness to learn and take on projects that stretch your skillsHave gained first experience with developing customer-facing interfaces, with application and software developmentVery good knowledge of spoken and written English (Spanish / German is a plus but not necessary)CSA Admin certification (mandatory)
