.Job Title: Junior Business AnalystLocation: MadridDepartment: Business DevelopmentReports to: Business Development Director Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support our dynamic Business Development (BD) team in a strong and fast-growing international company. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of the company by analyzing data, preparing reports, supporting Business Development Managers and Director, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to interact with international clients, providing valuable exposure to the business development process and client relations. Traveling may be required. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business development initiatives.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on market trends, client performance, sales forecasts, and business opportunities.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to help drive decision-making. Support Business Development Managers (BDMs): Assist BDMs in identifying potential clients, markets, and new business opportunities.Collaborate with the BD team in preparing presentations, proposals, etc. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and assist in relationship management by preparing relevant data and supporting materials.Serve as a point of contact for clients when necessary, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.Assist in coordinating follow-ups and maintaining strong client relationships. Administrative Support: Manage and organize the BD team's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to business development activities.Handle correspondence, document preparation, and other routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the BD team.Assist in organizing and coordinating events, travel plans, and conferences related to business development. Process Improvement: Continuously assess business development and administrative processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization software like Power BI is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the business development function. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a business development, sales, data analysis, or administrative role. Key Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving
