Expleo Iberia está buscando Ingeniero/as para trabajar como Project Manager (System Development) para Sistemas Avanzados de Asistencia al Conductor (ADAS).
Responsibilities: Liderar la gestión de proyectos en el área de desarrollo de sistemas, incluyendo la generación y seguimiento de la hoja de ruta de funciones.
Crear y coordinar los hitos del proyecto en herramientas de gestión como MS Project y cPLACE, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares, incluyendo ISO y pruebas de consumidores.
Revisar especificaciones del sistema y arquitectura en DOORS y AVWin, en coordinación con el cliente y otros socios.
Gestionar el cambio, incluyendo la formulación, coordinación y seguimiento de solicitudes de cambio a través del módulo CCB en DOORS.
Supervisar la madurez de funciones, reportando el estado del proyecto y documentando el progreso mediante entregables clave como el estado del 'Bordbuch'.
Essential skills: Experiencia en gestión de proyectos en entornos técnicos, preferiblemente en desarrollo de sistemas complejos.
Conocimiento en estándares ISO, manejo de DOORS y herramientas de gestión de proyectos y de cambios.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación con departamentos internos y proveedores externos para el seguimiento de tareas y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para evaluar y gestionar riesgos asociados al cambio, y habilidad para analizar problemas del sistema y proponer medidas correctivas.
Desired skills: Conocimientos en herramientas utilizadas en automoción.
Conocimientos en liderar Proyectos de automoción.
Experience: 7 años mínimo de experiencia en el sector Automóvil.
