Sales Manager Iberia (Protección y Control Eléctrico)Importante compañía de fabricación y venta de dispositivos eléctricos y electrónicos, situada en Terrassa, de entorno Multinacional, precisa incorporar a su equipo comercial en el área de protección y control eléctrico a un/a: SALES MANAGER IBERIA (España y Portugal).El perfil corresponde a un/a profesional altamente capacitado/a y con experiencia, para unirse a un equipo de alto rendimiento y contribuir al desarrollo de productos de nueva generación.FUNCIONESGestionar el equipo de ventas (interno y externo), asegurando su rendimiento, desarrollo y cumplimiento de los procesos internos.Asegurar la correcta utilización de las herramientas de gestión de ventas y que la organización cuenta con las competencias necesarias para cumplir con el plan anual.Ser responsable de los gastos de ventas, cuentas por cobrar, términos de pago y rentabilidad, y preparar los presupuestos y previsiones de ingresos y gastos.Gestionar la fuerza de ventas interna (reclutamiento, formación y desarrollo) y externa (agentes, representantes y distribuidores).Colaborar con otros gerentes en la gestión de cuentas clave regionales y globales, coordinando la red de ventas.Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas, controlar ingresos y rentabilidad, e informar regularmente sobre las actividades de ventas y las visitas a clientes.Interactuar con clientes, gestionar oportunidades de ventas y negociar contratos.REQUISITOSGrado universitario o experiencia equivalente en el campo eléctrico.Experiencia dilatada de 6-10 años en gestión de ventas o roles comerciales, así como experiencia liderando equipos y en contacto con distribuidores.Capacidad para gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas (adquisición, negociación y cierre de contratos).Alto nivel de inglés para mantener la interlocución a nivel internacional.Conocimiento de mercado, competencia y productos/tecnologías (Protecciones contra sobretensiones eléctricas, sistemas de refrigeración, barras colectoras, fusibles, etc.
).Dominio de estados financieros (PL, flujo de caja) y análisis de rendimiento.Fuerte enfoque al cliente (Distribuidores) y desarrollo de relaciones cercanas con los principales responsables de toma de decisiones.Disponibilidad para viajar.Se ofrece incorporación estable en una empresa consolidada del sector, en una posición de responsabilidad en la compañía y con posibilidades reales de desarrollo profesional.
