Estamos en búsqueda de un/a QA Enginner Manual con sólida experiencia en automatización y con el potencial de asumir un rol de Liderazgo en QA en un futuro cercano.
Esta posición es ideal para profesionales de calidad con gran atención al detalle y habilidades destacadas en pruebas manuales, que también posean un sólido conocimiento en automatización.
Al unirse a nuestro equipo, inicialmente se enfocará en garantizar la calidad del producto a través de pruebas manuales y en colaborar en iniciativas de automatización.
En unos meses, se incorporara en la plantilla de nuestro cliente, asumirá las responsabilidades de liderar el equipo de QA, guiando estrategias de prueba y elevando los estándares de calidad en los proyectos.
Tareas Realizar pruebas manuales para identificar, documentar y reportar errores, asegurando un alto nivel de calidad en el producto.
Diseñar, ejecutar y mantener planes y casos de prueba exhaustivos para aplicaciones web, móviles y de escritorio.
Desarrollar y ejecutar scripts de automatización para mejorar la eficiencia y cobertura de pruebas, apoyando nuestra transición hacia un marco de pruebas más automatizado.
Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo desarrollo, producto y soporte, para entender los requisitos y asegurar una cobertura de pruebas completa.
Analizar los resultados de las pruebas, diagnosticar problemas y trabajar en conjunto con los desarrolladores para resolverlos.
Prepararse para asumir responsabilidades de Liderazgo en QA, incluyendo la coordinación y priorización de tareas para un equipo pequeño de ingenieros de QA.
Mentorizar y capacitar a miembros junior del equipo, promoviendo las mejores prácticas en pruebas manuales y automatizadas.
Tomar propiedad de los procesos de QA, mejorando continuamente las metodologías y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
Requisitos Más de 5 años de experiencia en QA con un sólido historial en pruebas manuales.
Experiencia demostrable con herramientas de automatización (ej., Selenium, Appium o similares).
Conocimientos sólidos en lenguajes de scripting (ej., Flutter, Swift o similares) utilizados en automatización.
Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de pruebas como XRAY para Jira y sistemas de seguimiento de errores.
Experiencia en metodologías Agile/Scrum y trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para articular problemas de manera clara y colaborar efectivamente.
Potencial de liderazgo, con disposición para guiar e inspirar a los miembros del equipo.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle, con un enfoque proactivo en la resolución de problemas.
