Elusav Recruitment have an exciting position for an QA Manager with one of the most reputable Engineering contracting companies in Madrid.

The Quality Manager will join a well established team in Madrid and will manage the project quality team. The QA Manager will have proven leadership skills and the ability to build a long-term partnership with both the internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for the final development, sign off, implementation, upkeep and distribution of the Quality Plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management, implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 Quality Management System
- Develop quality plans, manuals, documents and systems.
- Review specifications to identify all inspections and testing requirements and develop project inspection and testing plans.
- Train all Project personnel on the Contractor's Project QA/QC plan.
- Work with our client to ensure that their quality standards and procedures are successfully submitted, approved and implemented within the agreed timeframes.
- Advise management on quality control issues
- Attend and coordinate weekly meetings with customer, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Document control: review and revise documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, in order to stay in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Inform and ensure that current QA/QC procedures used in projects are standardized and integrated into the company's QA/QC Manual.
- Review of all applicable supplier/subcontractor documentation.
- Conduct off-site factory/prefabrication audits (source inspection) as required by the contractor's project quality and quality control plan and contract documents.
- Use SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360 Field, and other software management systems to accomplish tasks.
- When necessary, perform a root cause analysis (RCA) on major Project events or issues. Share all RCAs with all appropriate project personnel.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant Third Degree or Professional Degree
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to produce quality written reports.
