We are looking for a winner Pricing Manager that will be passionate about performing the pricing strategy for geographical area of responsibility and achieving targeted revenue, margin, and price quality objectives.You will have the outstanding opportunity to be the first point of contact for in the region for all pricing related matters, reporting directly to our Global Pricing Manager, be based on our offices in Polinyà - Spain whilst working daily with many other colleagues from all over the world.What you can look forward to in this Role:Support the Global Pricing Manager in the development and roll-out of our new pricing strategy that will enable balanced growth across your geographical area scope.Drive pricing analysis by market to understand pricing dynamics: price efficiency, competitors' movements, price increases, customer, and industry trends.Take pricing actions to improve profitability and closing deals and identify potential quick wins in the business.Identify revenue and margin optimization potential while monitor and communicate changing market conditions.What does it take to join our Hempel family?We are excited to invite you for a dynamic role in our team. You possess hands-on experience in a similar position, analytical thinking and numerical skills paired with a commercial attitude to turn insights into actionable strategies.Being a superuser in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, it would be relevant your experience with Python, SQL, and experimentation techniques will give you an edge. Your proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization software will be highly valued. We need your strong financial focus and the competence to drive profitable decisions, backed by expertise in system and data analytics tools.Ideally, your educational background is in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business, or Engineering, and you are proficient in English.
