About the Role

Hempel is seeking a talented Pricing Manager - Strategic Growth to join our growing Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and price quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Pricing Manager in the development and roll-out of our new pricing strategy, enabling balanced growth across your geographical area of responsibility.
  • Drive pricing analysis by market to understand pricing dynamics, including price efficiency, competitors' movements, price increases, customer, and industry trends.
  • Take pricing actions to improve profitability and close deals, identifying potential quick wins in the business.
  • Identify revenue and margin optimization potential while monitoring and communicating changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a similar position, with analytical thinking and numerical skills paired with a commercial attitude to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, with experience in Python, SQL, and experimentation techniques giving you an edge.
  • Strong financial focus and the competence to drive profitable decisions, backed by expertise in system and data analytics tools.
  • Education in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business, or Engineering, with proficiency in English.
