We support majority of the key GBS clients in new deliveries, ranging from full implementations, new product introductions and smaller enhancements, we are there to ensure client objectives are understood and Fiserv solutions delivered to greatest benefit.What you will do:Work with clients and internal stakeholders to define Target Operating Models, Engagement Scope, and the end-to-end Solution for business-as-usual client engagements.Capture client requirements and transform them into configuration and product requirements specification.Identify major gaps, issues and new product or capability implementations and work with Solution Lead / Solution Director and Technical Solution Architect on resolution.Manage impacted component and interface inventory for the solution.Support delivery process as SME and primary point of contact for the solution during delivery test and deployment phases.Follow agreed engagement model and solution design methodology and responsible for initial internal quality standards for all deliverables.Report and escalate to Solution Lead / Solution Director for wider solution context (as applicable), engage with product / process leads to establish yourself as the internal point of solution orchestration, inquiry, and decision validation.Identify opportunities for new product and technical components to add value, both to financial performance and client experience terms. Identify improvements to existing platform and solutions.What you will need to have: 5+ years experience in functional delivery, preferably in a client-facing context.This experience will include leading solution design, and documenting scope, requirements and solutions via standard methods such as: Target Operating Model definition, Business Process Definition, Use Case Modelling, User Stories, Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams, Data Models, Customer Journeys.Fluent in English and Spanish.What would be great to have: Experience in a Consulting environment or Payments Industry.Experience working with multi-functional, globally distributed teams.What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology with more than 40,000 associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries
