Network Planning & Scheduling is responsible for strategic and operational decisions related to LEVEL's long-haul network based in Barcelona. We are at an exciting stage of the airline's development leading the network expansion with aircraft evaluation and planning for fleet acquisitions, plan capacity in existing markets and forecast performance of potential new additions to the network. We design and optimise the schedule taking into account operational feasibility and reliability. We review revenue and cost performance of all our markets to optimally deploy capacity and maximise network profitability.
The successful candidate will be part of the Network Planning & Scheduling Team responsible for the schedule optimization in the long, medium, and short term, with the coordination to all relevant stakeholders of the Flight Program.
Main Accountabilities Produce, optimize, and maintain the flights schedule in coordination with the company's relevant business areas, for which this person will have to ensure network optimization while operational feasibility and will apply constraints and limitations related to operations, commercial, slots, etc to meet the operational and commercial targets of the Company Lead the approval schedule processes with Ground Operations, Flight Operations, Operations Control, Maintenance and Crew Planning teams. Slots and traffic rights coordination and management Responsible of the publication process coordination Communicate the schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders Manage connections reports and identify continuous improvements in schedule Cooperate with all areas in identifying continuous improvements in producing the highest profitable schedules by balancing the lowest cost with the highest revenues possible. Produce and develop metrics, follow ups, presentations, automations, and reporting. Able to support other tasks in network team. Education Degree in engineering, economics, airline management or equivalent.

Experience Degree in engineering, economics, airline management or equivalent. Experience of minimum 6 years in airline related positions and particularly in Network / Slots / Scheduling. Knowledge of Scheduling software i.e. Sabre Airvision, AIMS. Advanced user of Office package (specifically Excel and Power Point). Computer programming skills is a plus. Competencies Problem solving oriented Capable to coordinate and negotiate. Collaborative working with small, focused team Attention to detail Ability to quickly learn new systems Adaptable to changes Capable of working under pressure and with tight deadlines Fluent in English and Spanish
