In this role, you will standardize understanding about projects which will impact on the execution of all the major activities in BEA and develop & lead company’s cost Engineering & Data Management system requirement.

The Manager Industrial CapEx Projects Management (Budget & Scheduling) is responsible of projects:

- To be delivered safely on agreed timings; projects should be deeply analyzed, and lessons learnt should be pointed.
- The person in this position should have strong leadership / interaction with all Project Managers, Stakeholders and Contractors.
- Lead cost estimation, data collection, analysis and benchmarking for projects to ensure high accuracy during various phases of project management with key focus on safety, sustainability, efficiency & reliability.
- Together Project Manager control the key milestones to be achieved on projects above 1m$.
- Participate on develop the schedules for key projects and discuss with the engineering companies to keep it updated and challenge them.
- Together Project Managers to build the schedule from the beginning of a project stablishing the baseline and keep it updated across the life cycle.
- Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, critical paths and deadlines.
- Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention on time.
- S-curve for scheduling and costs preparation and management for key projects.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Define cost estimate scope boundaries with minimum mandatory requirement and phased investment options. Develop cost engineering element’s structure and budget estimate for various options.
- Define procurement process and timelines to manage the overall schedule. Collect, review and monitor data from various sources, finalize cost estimates and create Power BI dashboards with ease of access to various stakeholders.
- Provide financial reporting, data trends, comparison statements and support in RFP/RFQ process. Define contingency budget through analytical tools.
- Support the preparation of commitments/estimates for approval by organizing the basic and detail cost estimation depending on the complexity of the project and contribution in depth knowledge with other technical departments.
- Preparation of costing benchmarks, estimation files, define procurement strategy with clear logical approach. Preparation of check list and standard operating procedures.
- Vendor Co-ordination, Bid Evaluation, comparison, and review of vendor’s quotes
- Onsite & Offshore co-ordination. Project review meetings to address design challenges and drive value engineering.
- Ensure that projects are executed in line with Bunge Best Practices, policies, guidelines, national and international norms and standards.
- Ensure that these Bunge best practices, policies and guidelines are kept up to date with lessons learned and experiences from the project.

**_Knowledge and Technical Competencies:_**
- Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business.
- Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) will be a bid advantage.
- Previous experience in project scheduling on MS Project.
- Knowledge on MSOffice.

Education / Experience:_**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with emphasis in project management, or in a related field.
- +/- 5 years' experience as a project scheduler or project manager
- Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
- Fluency in English (other EU languages will be a plus).
- Experience in cost engineering/estimation/planning function.
- Civil/electrical/automation/mechanical terminology basic appreciation.
