Te unirás al equipo de Desarrollo de Negocio de Telefónica Cibersecurity & Cloud Tech. Somos una unidad organizativa transversal que proporciona soporte experto de ciberseguridad a las diferentes áreas de venta de Telefónica.
Nuestra misión es ayudar a nuestros clientes a acelerar sus proyectos de transformación digital, identificar nuevas oportunidades, desarrollar nuevos lanzamientos y liderar campañas comerciales, desarrollando la relación con socios (tecnológicos y consultivos). Para ello, hemos definido una metodología de venta consultiva y un plan digital sobre nuestros principales socios y unidades internas. Estamos desafiando continuamente a incorporar nuevas soluciones y socios, y estamos fomentando el conocimiento dentro de la unidad compartiendo nuestros mejores casos de éxito y tecnologías.

Tu misión será desarrollar el negocio de ciberseguridad especializado en la venta de los servicios y productos del perímetro de ciberseguridad de Microsoft.
En tu día a día realizarás principalmente:
Capacidad para impulsar oportunidades – "Tomar la iniciativa y conducir al cliente".
Proporcionar a nuestros clientes experiencia en los distintos servicios de ciberseguridad de Microsoft, asegurando la consistencia en el enfoque de ventas al tiempo que podemos monitorear, medir y comunicar el progreso en comparación con los objetivos establecidos.
Liderar proactivamente las actividades de generación de leads y búsqueda de ventas.
Desarrollar una visión completa del modelo de gobierno de seguridad de los clientes, las áreas de oportunidad, los riesgos y el presupuesto.
Entrega contra hitos de objetivos de ventas definidos y acordados, KPI's y logro de Métricas Financieras; ingresos y rentabilidad.
Gestionar el ciclo de vida de las oportunidades de ciberseguridad, asegurando una comunicación adecuada de las necesidades y requisitos de los clientes.
Comprender las necesidades y requisitos de los clientes, y proporcionar asesoramiento experto en el diseño de soluciones de ciberseguridad de Microsoft y colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ingeniería preventa para ofrecer la mejor solución.
Facilitar reuniones regulares con la unidad de Marketing de Producto y área de Operaciones para evaluar el desempeño y recibir actualizaciones de los clientes sobre los desafíos y planes futuros.
Colaborar con la unidad de Marketing de Producto en la definición, ejecución y seguimiento de planes comerciales, generación de leads y actividades de comunicación de mercado.
Experiencia
+ de 5 años en alguno de los siguientes roles:
Venta, tecnología o ingeniería preventa especialista de las soluciones de ciberseguridad de Microsoft.
Se valorará positivamente:
Conocimiento del sector telco y específicamente de la industria de ciberseguridad.
Licenciatura / Grado en alguna de las siguientes ingenierías o subramas de estas: Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Industrial, Informática o Aeronáutica.
Valoraremos positivamente:
Máster en ciberseguridad.
Certificaciones MSFT como AZ-500, SC-400, SC-300, etc.
Certificación técnica en Ciberseguridad como CISSP, CISA o similar.
Conocimientos técnicos
Protección de identidad de Azure AD.
