This hybrid/onsite position involves working from our Barcelona office with the option for remote work.
Your main responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting our technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in the DACH region via cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions, providing initial assessments on how our products can help achieve their goals.Building Relationships: Establish trust with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to foster long-term relationships.Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure seamless lead transition and communication.Sales Strategy & Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets, managing outreach activities effectively.CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and participate in training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.Minimum RequirementsNative or near-native German (C2) and fluent English (C1/C2), both spoken and written.1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in tech or SaaS.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand and communicate complex technology solutions.Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.Familiarity with digital marketing, SaaS, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.BenefitsHybrid/Onsite Work with flexible options.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health & Life Insurance.Relocation support for those moving to Barcelona.Career growth and ongoing training opportunities.Dynamic, collaborative work environment promoting innovation.Focus on work-life balance and flexibility.
