We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your contributions, and various benefit options.Purpose and Objectives:SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team, providing expert consulting to support the goals of our cloud customers.
The specialist will deliver tailored adoption recommendations and large-scale adoption events for SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs.Responsibilities:Deliver remote 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Platform, including Employee Central, Time and Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding, based on expertise.Act as a subject matter expert, developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.Requirements:Associate Certification in at least one employee lifecycle module (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding) and HCM Platform.
Preference for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, but other certifications are considered.3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.University degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable experience.Please note: This position does not include a relocation package.
