SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Recruiting module)

Purpose and Objectives:

Our team is seeking a Functional Specialist to provide expert consulting services to support the goals of our cloud customers using SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success. The specialist will deliver tailored adoption recommendations and large-scale adoption events for SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Platform, including Employee Central, Time and Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding, based on expertise.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements:

  • Associate Certification in at least one employee lifecycle module (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding) and HCM Platform. Preference for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, but other certifications are considered.
  • 3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable experience.
