You will collaborate with a dynamic team to strategically broaden business opportunities and support the sales pipeline, contributing to our mission of advancing automation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Engage with potential clients, introducing them to Piab's cutting-edge products and services.Deeply understand client needs to tailor interactions and solutions effectively.Strategically identify key players in target accounts to broaden business opportunities.Continuously enrich and manage your prospect database using Salesforce CRM.Enhance Customer Experiences:Deliver compelling online demos that showcase the unique value of our products.Provide thoughtful answers to queries from potential and existing clients.Proactively reach out to existing customers with offers for spares and services, adding value to their operations.Efficiently process leads from trade shows and various events to maintain momentum.Collaboration and Reporting:Seamlessly integrate qualified leads into the sales pipeline, coordinating with area sales managers.Partner with marketing experts to sharpen lead qualification processes.Gain insights into the Order Handling process, providing support as needed to ensure continuity and efficiency.PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:Strong phone presence and experience dialling a high number of calls per day.Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.Excellent verbal and written communication skills inSpanish & English .Strong listening and presentation skills.Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Order handling experience will be a plus.Degree in Commerce and Marketing or Administration and Management (FP Grado Medio o Superior).Work in a state-of-the-art office located in a bustling business center, easily accessible by public transport.Partake in a flexible work schedule that accommodates your lifestyle needs.Immerse yourself in a team culture that is energetic, supportive, and constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation.This is what our employees say about us:"At Piab, I have the chance to leave my own footprint.
