Orchestral Transcriber

Job Responsibilities Transcribe accurate full orchestral or big ensemble pieces from a given audio source (be able to easily distinguish various independent voices in a mix)
Create publish-ready editions as per current industry standards regarding music notation, layout, enharmonies, and rhythmic values
Provide clean, reliable, accurate sheet music deliverables in digital format using standard music notation software
Required Experience and Skills At least 100 transcriptions experience (not arrangements) involving full orchestral or big ensemble pieces
Be proficient with at least one of the following music notation software: Sibelius, Finale, Musescore, Dorico
Fluent English or Spanish skills
Strong communication and time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nice-to-haves High level of self-discipline
Fluent in any other language to transcribe and hyphenate vocals
Experience collaborating with other musicians and/or clients
Compensation by the hour as per the candidate's experience and skillset.
