We have developed a powerful tool (an app and a digital platform) for wellness professionals (personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc.) to help them grow their business and focus on their passion. We are a fast-growing startup, with a dynamic team, and we dream BIG. About the Position The CS Specialist position is one of the best roles to get to know our customers and understand their needs. You will gain direct experience interacting with customers at all levels, in a variety of disciplines within the wellness industry and across the globe. This is a stimulating and exciting role that will test your skills, problem solving ability and capacity to drive results for our customers. The CS Specialist will: Guide and help customers through their first steps on the platform. Acting as an advisor and product expert. Conduct meetings with customers to succesfully implement Harbiz in their business. Provide assistance and support to our new customers on a daily basis via chat, email and videocalls. Gather relevant feedback from our customers about needs, new features, challenges with the platform, problems, etc. Become a product expert. Know every feature and act as a consultant for our customers to help them achieve their desired outcome. Work with the CS team to optimize our conversational support funnel, leveraging technology to automate processes. Help to build our knowledge base (articles, videos, tutorials and guides) Working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams. What We Look For Creative, self-disciplined and passionate about what you do. Social skills and passionate about customer relationships. Proactive attitude and independent person. Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Affinity for the startup, fitness and technology ecosystem. Languages: Spanish & English (fluent) Between 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support / Sales or similar positions.
