Vous l'aurez compris, chez nous le nerf de la guerre c'est le recrutement. C'est pour cela que nous avons pris le parti de créer une agence 100% dédiée au recrutement, localisée à Barcelone, capitale cosmopolite de la région espagnole de Catalogne.
L'idée est simple : créer les conditions de développement d'un centre d'excellence du recrutement, tremplin pour tous les nouveaux entrants Nalys aux fonctions de recruteur ou de business manager.
Votre mission Intégré(e) au sein d'une équipe de 10 personnes, vous serez formé(e) aux techniques d'identification et de recrutement d'ingénieurs sur une de nos deux divisions. Pour ce faire, vous serez rattaché(e) à un Talent Acquisition Manager, responsable de votre mise en succès.
Votre rôle au quotidien :
Identifier les meilleurs candidats
Développer et animer un vivier de candidats
Initier le premier contact en toute autonomie
Organiser et suivre les entretiens, aux côtés des business managers et experts du Groupe
Suivre vos candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement
Etudiant en ESC, vous arrivez au terme de 5 années d'études et visez un stage de fin d'études à la hauteur de vos ambitions (ou une expérience à l'étranger en VIE), et souhaitez vous orienter sur une carrière de recruteur, de commercial ou de Key Account Manager.
Vous n'avez pas peur de décrocher votre téléphone, et savez détecter le potentiel chez autrui.
