Junior Fund Accountant
Role Location: Valencia, Spain
Department: Fund Accounting
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Position:
You will be responsible for closely supporting your colleagues in maintaining a high performing team across several jurisdictions. You will be based in Valencia, yet you would form a part of an international team servicing Luxembourg fund portfolios. As Junior Fund Accountant, you will oversee a portfolio of clients and work as part of a team to meet client requirements and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record daily cash activity
Prepare daily journal entries and monthly reconciliations
Support the team in year-end audits
Track portfolio company transactions (purchases, income, liquidity)
Skills Required:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
Fluent in English
Excellent Excel and data analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
