If you are looking for a challenge and you're enthusiastic, self-motivated, and want to grow your program management career, WatchGuard has the perfect role for you.Position Responsibilities :Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks.Coordinate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.Identify roadblocks, issues and anticipate risks that may inhibit overall project progress and/or release success and report/escalate them to the appropriate stakeholder(s)Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Contribute to a positive team environment where equity and inclusion are highly valued.Requirements :Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.Proficiency in project management software and tools and techniquesExperience in managed services industry is a plus.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishPreferred work location: Bilbao areaWhy Work for WatchGuard?WatchGuard is a global leader in network security and intelligence, advanced endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and secure Wi-Fi
