Nuestro partner, una start-up, con HQ en Barcelona y presencia internacional, cuenta con + 100 empleados en poco más de 2 años, cuya aplicación, con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth, con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes), abriendo oficinas en Tenerife estamos buscando un referente que ayude a construir el equipo.
El rol: Buscamos un Líder de Adquisición de Clientes que impulse el crecimiento del negocio mediante la optimización de nuestros canales de adquisición: Paid Media, SEO y Outbound.
Queremos un profesional con visión estratégica, experiencia en liderazgo y motivación, y habilidades para asegurar la entrega de MQLs de alta calidad.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Liderazgo del Equipo de Adquisición: Dirigir y gestionar al Outbound Manager, Paid Manager y SEO Manager, promoviendo la estrategia, motivación y coaching necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos.
Responsabilizarse de los KPIs de adquisición y reportar los avances al VP de Marketing.Estrategia y Ejecución de Campañas.
Estrategia y Ejecución de Campañas Desarrollar una estrategia de adquisición integral en canales como Google, Meta, SEO, y outbound (email, WhatsApp) para maximizar el crecimiento de MQL y SQL.
Asegurar que la ejecución del equipo sea eficiente y esté alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento.
Propiedad de los Objetivos de Rendimiento Ser dueño de los objetivos de adquisición, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y tomando medidas para alcanzarlos.
Presentar informes regulares sobre los avances y resultados al VP de Marketing.
Innovación y Mejora Continua Investigar y adoptar nuevas tendencias y herramientas para maximizar la eficiencia y efectividad de los canales de adquisición.
Liderar proyectos que impulsen mejoras operativas y adopción de estrategias innovadoras.
Colaboración con otras Áreas de Marketing Trabajar en conjunto con el VP de Marketing y otras áreas para garantizar alineación con las metas comerciales y asegurar la coherencia de marca y sinergia entre los distintos canales.
Que necesitamos: 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos de adquisición en entornos de scale-up o rápido crecimiento.
Demostrada experiencia gestionando equipos diversos (Paid Media, SEO, Outbound) y manejando grandes presupuestos.
Fuerte capacidad analítica y experiencia en la toma de decisiones basadas en datos, con enfoque en optimización de CAC, LTV y ROAS.
Habilidad para dirigir múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y alcanzar los objetivos en un entorno dinámico.
Excelente capacidad de comunicación y liderazgo, con un historial comprobado de desarrollo de equipos de alto rendimiento.
Conocimientos avanzados en plataformas de Ads (Google Ads, Meta), herramientas de SEO y estrategias de outbound' " Pensamiento estratégico orientado a resultados.
Alta capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico de crecimiento.
Habilidades analíticas avanzadas y enfoque en la optimización basada en datos.
Creatividad y proactividad para explorar nuevos canales de marketing.
