Data Center Delivery Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of Data Center Delivery Manager (Chinese native). This is a new position, and the selected candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop this role within our organisation. We require someone with the ability to adapt to changing directives and conditions, excellent commercial awareness, and the flexibility to manage a variety of tasks. Absolute discretion, particularly regarding sensitive and strategic matters, is paramount.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of data center projects, from initial bidding to completionOversee budgeting, cost control, and project profitabilityDevelop and implement project timelines, coordinating resources and teamsManage third-party vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely deliveryLead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environmentEnsure compliance with IDC processes and promote the use of digital toolsMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, enhancing customer satisfactionHandle international travel and manage large, diverse teams across multiple regionsEssential Qualifications and Skills Native Chinese speaker with proficiency in English, strong communication and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree or higher, ideally in electrical engineering, HVAC, or a related field2+ years of experience in international data center project deliveryLeadership experience on large-scale projects is a mustWilling to travel internationally for up to 10 months a year (Europe, Middle East, Africa)Preferred certifications: PMP, Level 1 Constructor, electrical or HVAC specializationAble to manage large teams and work well under pressureStrong attention to detail and a sense of responsibilityExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProven ability to manage large international teams (50+ people)High resilience under stress and pressureWillingness to adapt to international travel demandsWhat we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
