Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Data Center Delivery Manager to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of data center projects, from initial bidding to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and project profitability, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of data center projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • International Travel: Handle international travel and manage large, diverse teams across multiple regions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Language Proficiency: Native Chinese speaker with proficiency in English, strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in electrical engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in international data center project delivery, with leadership experience on large-scale projects.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications: PMP, Level 1 Constructor, electrical or HVAC specialization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and high resilience under stress and pressure.
