About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives within the Operations department in Iberia.

Responsibilities:

Execute the business strategy as the strategic partner and coach to management by translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities.

Collaborate closely with management, CoEs, and HR services organization.

Exhibit a strong focus on performance and people development across all teams within the area of responsibility, driving improvement on capabilities and engagement.

Respond to changing business conditions, challenges, and needs.

Drive organizational effectiveness through management of change initiatives in people areas.

Contribute to the development of higher-level HR strategy and policies by actively participating in global meetings and expert panels/global HR project teams.

Proactively initiate and implement HR programs and processes in line with formulated HR strategy.

Take ownership of projects and initiatives on a country level.

Champion the cycle of (Global) HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relationship, Business Administration, or similar.

Master's in HR or MBA.

At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Experience as an HR Business Partner managing talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.

Previous experience working in multinational environments.

Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; collaborative and analytical.
