Today, our teams are present in 45 countries and serve 160 countries through a wide network of distributors.Joining bioMérieux means choosing a family-owned and humanistic company, driven by a long-term vision, serving public health worldwide.We are looking for our new Global Lab Consultancy Expert to join the Global Marketing - Lab Consultancy - Integrated Solutions team: an international team of around twenty people working to support the integrated solutions strategy and achieve our cross-selling ambition to its full potential.Under the responsibility of the Associate Director Lab Consultancy, you will lead the development and support of services to enable regional and local experts to deploy Lab Consultancy services, modules, and tools autonomously.Your main missions at bioMérieux:Develop tools, modules, and services that promote operational efficiency, organizational sustainability, and healthcare transformation projects in line with bioMérieux's strategy.Lead the execution of development/pilot projects with priorities on consulting and industrialization projects in antimicrobial management.Act as a project manager and subject matter expert during development, updates, and training, with various projects in parallel.Work cross-functionally with departments such as medical affairs, customer service, learning and development to ensure a 'calibrated learning approach' is developed and deployed.Gather and analyze customer feedback to develop solutions that meet customer needs, ensure proposed solutions work as per specifications, and enhance the overall Lab Consultancy offering.Main point of contact for regional contacts and local experts for queries/support on Lab Consultancy tools, modules, and services.Support marketing roles when necessary (Market Manager, Product Managers) for various marketing activities such as marketing collaterals, events, studies, among others.Develop a deep understanding of the Lab Consultancy portfolio value by supporting our key strategies (Antimicrobial Stewardship, Sepsis, Cross-selling...) in the client's routine workflow.Ensure collaboration with the Antimicrobial Stewardship Centers of Excellence (COE) program director/local project leads if needed, to fuel continuous improvement in regional COEs demonstrating the value of our business enablers.Who are you?Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in health sciences. A master's degree is a plus.At least ten years of professional experience, with increasingly extensive responsibilities.Broad and in-depth knowledge of antimicrobial management and antimicrobial resistance.Prior experience collaborating or participating in a hospital antimicrobial management program or antimicrobial process improvement activities
