Join our team as
Junior Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)Your tasks Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics and case studies.Implement, monitor and report on the performance of inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, using data analytics to measure success and suggest improvements.Support the organization of events, trade shows, and webinars.Engage with customers and prospects through email marketing campaigns.Manage and maintain the marketing database.Requirements 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical or engineering sector (B2B).Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).Familiarity with digital marketing tools.Basic understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.How to work as part of a team and with technical rigor and external stakeholders.Skills Advanced English levelGood level of German is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.Proactive attitude, self-motivated, committed with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization.Self-directed and able to tackle new projects and ideas.Highly organized with strong attention to detailA proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.What we offer A diversified and challenging environment combined with a high degree of freedom for the implementation of innovative ideasA hybrid work model which allows you to work up to 60 percent from your home work placeA permanent employment contract with performance-related pay at an international and promising employerA modern workplace in spacious and bright offices in the heart of MalagaAn individually tailored "on the job" training and professional development opportunitiesPersonal added values such as an employer financed private healh insurance, team events, access to the discount platform "Benefits at work" and many moreDo you see this job offer as a personal challenge and are you ready to conquer the market with us?
