We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic Business Development & Marketing team of the Business area D.med Technologies of D.med Healthcare Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute to the growth of our company and gain valuable experience in the healthcare engineering sector.

Your tasks

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics and case studies.

Implement, monitor and report on the performance of inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, using data analytics to measure success and suggest improvements.

Support the organization of events, trade shows, and webinars.

Engage with customers and prospects through email marketing campaigns.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical or engineering sector (B2B).

Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Basic understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Ability to work as part of a team and with technical rigor and external stakeholders.

Skills

Advanced English level

Good level of German is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Proactive attitude, self-motivated, committed with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Self-directed and able to tackle new projects and ideas.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
