Ons sales- en marketingteam werkt vanuit een prachtig kantoor in Amsterdam. 's Zomers wordt ons team opgeschaald met zo'n 80 medewerkers in onze buitenlandse servicehubs. Vanuit deze buitenlandse servicehubs (o.A. Zuid Frankrijk, Ibiza, Mallorca en Miami) bieden wij onze klanten met ons Care programma een ongeëvenaarde service.Eigenaar zijn van een Wajer betekent namelijk maximaal vaarplezier, "without a worry". Drie simpele woorden die voor ons de grondslag van onze bedrijfsvoering vormen. Van het schoonmaken, tanken, bijvullen van de koelkasten en afdekken van de boten tot aan het uitstippelen van vaar trips.Wat ga je doen?In jouw rol als Charter Captain ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alle vaartochten met onze charterklanten. In de meeste gevallen zijn dit particuliere klanten die voor een dag(deel) een Wajer huren. Jouw doel is om deze klanten volledig te ontzorgen en te laten genieten van de ultieme vaarbeleving bij Wajer. Denk hierbij aan de volgende werkzaamheden:Uitvoeren van (optische) technische checksVerantwoordelijk voor het op orde zijn en houden van de mínimale boot inventaris, zowel operationeel als veiligheidsmiddelenBesturen van het jacht en de daarbij van toepassing zijnde technische handelingen uitvoerenVaarplannen en trips maken en voorbereiden in overleg met de klant en op basis van de weersvoorspellingenBegeleiden van eigenaren, gasten en passagiers aan boord en zorgen dat het hen aan niets ontbreekt. Je voorziet ze bijvoorbeeld van hapjes en drankjes en legt de toys in het water.Schoonmaken en schoonhouden van het jacht, toys en onderdelen aan boordBijhouden van werkadministratie, technische storingen en overige gegevens via de Wajer AppWat breng je mee?Als Charter Captain werk je vanuit één van onze servicehubs in Spanje. Je hebt een aantal vaste jachten onder jouw hoede die enkel verhuurd worden voor charters. Als Charter Captain heb je een uiteenlopende en internationale klantengroep.
